Returns Policy

Majority of the items on TheGearz are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts and make sure you get these products at the same international price.

Returns are accepted in case of damage goods or if there is a fault in the product.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to support@thegearz.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

We don’t offer any return or refunds after the order is placed.
