1.) Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise from GadgetCan is Final Sale. This is done in order to keep our products at such appealing prices. Please consider this before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please make sure to send us a photo of the damage by email to support@gadgetcan.com within the initial 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you do not report the damage to us within this initial 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Simply send an email to returns@gadgetcan.com with your order number (found in your order history) and we’ll send return instructions.

2.) Order Questions

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any problems, questions, or feedback at support@gadgetcan.com. We’ll get back to you in 24 hours or less.

3.) Shipping

Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails. Most of our products are unique and can come from all over the world, some are made to order.  Due to the nature of this, some items may arrive in multiple packages and/or at separate times.
